America fabricates our vinyl pergola kits at our
production facility in Manassas, Virginia using high
quality American made vinyl extrusions. Our vinyl
is guaranteed for life against yellowing, cracking,
chalking and other manufacturing defects for as long
as you own it. Designed to be placed on a deck,
patio, or freestanding in the garden, our pergola
kits are easy to assemble, requiring only a few
common tools. They are an easy, affordable way to
make a big design statement in your backyard.
We didn't try to reinvent the wheel when designing
these pergolas. We relied on the proven success of
wood pergola designs that have been built for fine
homes for centuries. We converted these designs to
incorporate low maintenance, long lasting materials
using our extensive experience and the knowledge of
the industry's leading engineering experts. Most
models feature 2 x 8 beams and 2 x 6 rafters for
architecturally pleasing proportions and balance.
Many competing vinyl pergolas use only 2 x 6
extrusions for the beam and rafters. We offer 1 1/2"
square stringers for additional shade just as used
in many of the classic wood designs.
