• DOGWOOD PERGOLA PRICES INCLUDE
5 x 5 x 8' POSTS. Attached models that are 12' and 18' wide have 3
posts; 20' models have 4 posts. Freestanding models have twice
as many posts. For 10' high posts, add $150 for
attached models and $300 for freestanding models.
• Pergolas with a 10', 12', or 16'
projection must have an optional aluminum insert or locally obtained 2 x 6 pressure treated board
inserted into the rafters. To view aluminum insert pricing, please

•
Prices include hardware required for pergola assembly and attachment.
For attached models, a 2 x 6 sleeve is included as a band board, the
installer will need to obtain a treated 2 x 6 to insert into the sleeve.
(We do not recommend cedar or redwood because they are only rot
resistant, not rot proof.) No hardware for post attachment to deck or
patio is included.
•
It is very important that care is taken
to ensure that posts are mounted solidly to the deck or patio. For
ground or deck mounts the 5" vinyl sleeves can be mounted using a wooden
4" x 4". For patio mounts the 5" vinyl sleeves can be mounted using our
steel post bracket. For attached models the brackets may be mounted to
the surface of the patio. For freestanding models, the support posts
should be set 30" or more into the ground for patios and mounted
securely to framing when added to a deck.
•
Freestanding option is for additional beam material, extra posts, and
additional rafter decorative ends. Add 9" to the projection with this
option.
