• Wood and vinyl gazebos shall remain free from defects on materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of receipt.
• All structural components including roof support posts, rafters, and floor joists shall remain free from defects that prevents them from meeting the structural requirements of the building for a period of five years. This includes splits but not "weather checks".
• All pressure treated wood components are covered by a manufacture's lifetime warranty against rot or termite damage.
• Vinyl components have a lifetime warranty against splitting, flaking, and yellowing.
• Tiffany Gazebos are guaranteed not to change color, crack, split or fade with age. Tiffany Gazebos are guaranteed for a lifetime.

The warranty covers the replacement of the part(s) but does not include coverage of any labor or other expenses associated with the claim.
