Cedar Fences
Our wooden
fences are handcrafted by The Brattle Works primarily using western red
cedar for long life and beauty. We offer four classic styles:
lattice, trellis, solid board, and picket. As part of the Brattle
component system, the mix and match possibilities are endless. All fences
are available with optional white or evergreen 100% acrylic stain
for an additional charge of 8%. Call your order in using our toll free

BASE
PANELS
LATTICE
 Lattice fence panels are the perfect compromise between the more open trellis
and solid "V" board panels. This style offers more privacy
but still allows for sunlight and air. Lattice panels are laid on joinery,
5/8" thick, and have a 1" opening. Like the trellis and solid
panels, lattice bases may be combined with your choice of toppers.
TRELLIS
 Trellis
style fences are ideal when a barrier is needed but with a minimum
impact on air circulation and view while maintaining style and beauty.
Brattle's trellis is produced from 1" square western red cedar,
using a half lap joint, aluminum nails, and a waterproof glue to
form 4" square openings. Trellis base panels come in three lengths
and two heights. They can be combined with a variety of topper panels
to customize the fence design to your taste.
SOLID
BOARD
 The Brattle solid "V" board panels provide total privacy and security.
The panels are assembled using tongue and grove boards for strength and beauty.
The "V" is on 2 1/2" centers. Base panels come in three lengths
and 2 heights. Like the trellis and lattice panels, solid bases may be combined
with your choice of toppers. Available in double white or green.

picket fencing will add a classic look to your front yard. Pickets are
made from 1 1/2" x 1" cedar and spaced 2 1/4" apart to
give a refined look that changes with the angle of view. Base panels
