Contractor Program
Our Contractor Program is our way of saying thank you to contractors who select our products for their construction projects. It is very simple: For every $100 of Backyard America products purchased, we will credit you with $5 towards the purchase of tools. Credit is earned for materials only and is not given for freight, taxes, or installation labor, if any. Purchases will be at the list price of the tool and the tool must be one of the brands listed in the box below. Tools brands currently included in the program:

Makita

Ryobi

Milwaukee

Porter Cable

Black & Decker

Hitachi

Contractor Program Terms

Backyard America customers and visitors are eligible to sign up for the Contractor program. No purchase is required for membership; however some benefits are based on customer purchases.

Customers may cancel membership at any time by email or other written notice. There is no penalty for termination.

There is no charge for membership in the Contractor Program.

Members must be at least 21 years old.

Customers earn $5 of credit towards the suggested retail price of available tools for every $100 of product purchased after September 19, 2006.

We will make every reasonable effort to get the exact make and model however some tools may not be available through the program. If a tool is not available we will notify you so that you can make an alternative selection.

Credits are cumulative and are available immediately or may be saved for later use. There is no time limit on the use of the credits other than the termination of the program.

Home & Leisure, Inc., the parent company of Backyard America, reserves the right to make any changes in the benefits offered by the program without notice. Further Home & Leisure, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without notice.

Home & Leisure, Inc. and its agents will not disclose any information about members to any third party other than if legally required.

To qualify for the program submit by US mail or fax the following on company letterhead:

Include a copy of your contractor's license and or business license.

12. To order a tool, fax or call in the order with the brand and model number. We will check to make sure you have earned enough credit and see if the tool is available. The tool will be shipped directly to the address provided on the registration.
